SHIPPING & STORE POLICIES

STORE POLICIES:

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. No refunds/exchanges are allowed. 

✦ In stock orders can be refunded if the refund is made before I ship the item out. 

✦ If I made an error with your order or if your item is a defect, please email [email protected] with your name and order number.

✦ I cannot refund or replace packages that have been lost/stolen/damaged after they've been shipped out. Once I give the package to the post office it is out of my control what happens to the package. In the worst case scenario where your package is lost/stolen/damaged through the post office, you can file a report to USPS.

✦ Please do not file a chargeback as it will negatively affect my business. Instead, email me so we can resolve any issues. 

LOST/MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS: 

✦ Again, I am not liable for lost/missing/damaged packages after the order has been shipped. It is out of my control what happens to the item after it is handed to the post office. Please file a report to USPS.

Please make sure to enter your address correctly to avoid missing items. I will not offer a refund for incorrect addresses. You will have to pay for shipment again if your address is incorrect. 

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

TRACKING & INSURANCE:

✦ Postcards and stickers are shipped through USPS First-Class Mail (stamped envelope) and do not recieve tracking.

✦ All other orders will receive supplemental tracking through USPS. 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME: 

✦ Preorders will take approximately 1 month to arrive. Once I have the items in hand, I will start processing orders. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, I try to make shipments once a week. You will receive an email once I have shipped your order. Expect the item to arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks after it has been shipped.

✦ If you'd like an in stock item to arrive before a preorder item, please put them in seperate orders. 

✦ Due to Covid, supply shortages and/or holidays, delays through the post office may occur. Again, the post office is completely out of my control. All shipment time is an estimate. 

✦ If there is any delay in preorders/processing/shipment time on my end, I will make an announcement on my social media pages and on here. 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

✦ Anything shipped with USPS First-Class Mail (stamped envelope) is avaliable for both US and International shipping. All other items are avaliable for US only

✦You are responsible for paying any taxes, fees, VATs, etc. with your order

✦If I am unable to ship to your country, you are free to use a proxy service at your own discretion, but I am not responsible for the cost and any lost/stolen/damaged products.
